Rochdale woodcraft report 19/4/05

As you will know we close over Easter and plan our future events on the first week after. This means that there are only two events to report. The last week before Easter we attended the Spotland valley asbestos talk at the town hall. The children made badger masks and such like. We stayed for the start, but many had to leave soon after to put the small ones to bed.

Our first session back was a simple games session. The children enjoyed it immensely, especially the game with water filled balloons. The adults all suffered headaches and ringing ears from the noise.

You may have noticed a bit in the Rochdale Observer about us. We are on a recruitment drive again. All the children are growing so we need some more younger ones.
